These masks are hand-sculpted and hand-painted. They have turquoise stone horns and are mounted on a 5”x3” wooden panel with a sawtooth hanger.

Vejigante characters are symbols of Puerto Rican joyful resistance. These masks are my tired but happy renditions of the popular folkloric character. Adorned with flowers and a serene smile, they are sure to brighten any space.
